Publish My Papers is an independent, author-side research-publication support platform operated as part of Aletvia. We are not a journal, a publisher, an indexing body, or an agent of any journal or publisher.

Depending on the scope agreed with you, our support may include:

• Manuscript readiness assessment against common editorial expectations
• Journal and publisher discovery, comparison and fit analysis
• Formatting, statements and submission-pack preparation
• Guidance on responding to reviewer comments in your own voice
• Workflow support across the submission and revision lifecycle

Any scope of work is confirmed with you in writing before it begins. We do not publish research and we do not operate any editorial venue.

We do not and cannot guarantee acceptance, publication, indexing, review speed or any editorial outcome. Decisions rest entirely with journal editors and peer reviewers. Any statement suggesting otherwise is not authorised by us.

We never contact editors or reviewers to influence a decision, never arrange paid placement, and never take part in authorship sale, citation manipulation or fabricated review. Journal recommendations are based on published scope, article type, audience and indexing information. Commercial relationships never determine how journals are ranked or recommended, and the final choice of venue is always yours.

• You confirm the work you send us is yours to share and is accurate
• You remain the author of record and are responsible for the content submitted
• You must not ask us to misrepresent data, authorship or affiliations
• You are responsible for any fees charged by journals or publishers

Manuscripts and related material you share are treated as confidential and used only to deliver the support you asked for. You keep all intellectual property rights in your work. We claim no rights over your research.

Fees depend on the scope of the engagement and are quoted in writing before work begins. We do not charge success-based fees tied to acceptance. Nothing on this site is an offer of a fixed price.

Our services are advisory and preparatory. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for editorial decisions, rejections, delays, or indirect or consequential loss arising from the publication process.

We may update these terms as the platform develops. The version published on this page is the version that applies. Material changes affecting an active engagement will be shared with you directly.
